This one is a very sweet song. Lata Mangeshkar expresses feelings
of  a  teenaged  (around  18-19  years  old)  girl  (who  is  the
'naayikaa' here), who is with her beloved one, and probably first
time,  very  convincingly.  The song goes at slow pace, just like
the mild air current one feels during pleasant  summer  evenings,
while sitting at a lake side.

There are two Talat Mehmood solos  in  this  film  (that  I  know
about):
        'Raat Ne Kya Kya Khwab Dikhaae
                Rang Bhare Sau Jaal Dikhaae
         Ankh Khuli To Sapane Tute
                Reh Gae Gham Ke Lakhon? Sae .... Raat Ne...'

and the one that originally I planned to post as ATMJH #68:

Both are very good songs. Talat is  near  perfect  in  the  first
song,  and  in second one, he really brings a cheerful mood, very
easily.
