This one is my old favourite. I  don't  know  what  does  'Babum'
mean, but still harmony of words from Majrooh is arresting. So is
rhythm and Mukesh' singing.  It's long long time, since  I  heard
it  last;  may  be well over ten years! Hence don't remember much
about orchestration :(
