Although this song is Kishor/Lata tandem,  and  wordings  of  the
song  suits more to Lata's sad version, I prefer Kishor's version
over Lata's. It's plainly for Kishor's singing.

Hemant sung two popular songs: 'Shivji Byaahne Chale' and 'Dil Ki
Umange  Hain  Jawaan';  second  with  Geeta  Roy. Lata's two semi
classical numbers  'Ghayal  Hiraniya  Main  Ban  Ban  Ghumu'  and
'Saajan Been Neend Na Aave, Birahaa Sataaye' are unforgettable. I
also enjoy 'Ek Nazar Bas Ek Nazar, Jaan-E-Tamanna Bas  Ek  Nazar'
as  well  as  my  favourite  'Aankh  Khulate Hi Tum Chhup Gaye Ho
Kahaan' -- A vintage Lata number.
