This film is probably the only  one  where,  Dilip  Kumar  played
anti-hero.  This  song  is  Rafi's most famous song, of all time.
Bells, lyrics, Rafi's voice --  everything  --  brings  about  an
effect one needs in good prayer!

Film has one nice Asha solo (on whom is this picturised  ?  Nimmi
?)

        Ik Baat Kahun Bhole Piya Sun Agar Tu O Piya Sun  Le  Agar
Tu

Asha's sweet  voice  of  early  1950s  is  bonus  to  ears  while
listening to this Naushad gem.

Film has many Lata songs, usual case for Naushad  that  time.  My
favourites are two chorus songs:

        Udi Udi Chhayi Ghataa, Jiya Leharaaye ....

and (little less than previous one)

        Umangon Ko Sakhi Pi Ki Nagariya Kaise Le Jaaun
        Karam Lachke Mori (2) Baali Umariya ..........

Lata also comes good in 'Jaane Waale Se Mulaakat Na  Hone  Paayi'
and  'Na  Milataa  Gam To Barnaadi Ke Afsaane Kidhar Jaate' where
Saqeel's lyrics are very good.

Lata's magic is milder in 'Khamosh Hain Khevanhaar  Mera'  ,  'Na
Shikwaa  Hai  Koi  Na Koi Gila Hai' and 'Tere Sadke Balam Na Kare
Koi Gam Ye ....'. Although last one has pleasant tune  set,  it's
overall  effect  is  not as profound as in Asha's above mentioned
solo or Lata-chorus' team effort in 'Udi Udi ...'.
