This is one of my all time favourite  Lata  song.  I  don't  know
which  raag it's based on :( Could be Pilu? Anyway, song has very
good percussion (tabla) effect. Song, also has some lovely  sitar
pieces.

Lata, also sung a nice slow, sad song: O  Jaane  Wale  Tuzko  Ham
Yaad Kyun Na Aaye

Although film's most popular songs were by Geeta  Roy  and  Talat
Mehmood.

is also equally good. Hemant Kumar has found an ideal combination
in Talat and Geeta in these two duets.
